These are the sale terms for one property report. The general WattleAddr Terms of Service apply as well and are published once, on the main site; where the two differ about a report purchase, this page governs. Seller is RR Sols Pty Ltd (ABN 56 672 722 486). Last changed 8 September 2026.
One report about one address, delivered as a PDF. It is assembled from public registers and open government data at the moment you order it. Every figure in it names the register it came from and the date that register was current.
The price shown at checkout is the total. It is charged once, in Australian dollars, and includes GST. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
When the payment succeeds we email you a link. The link is the only credential: there is no account and no password. Anyone with the link can open the report, so treat it as private. If the email does not arrive, contact us and we will send it again.
If the report cannot be produced after you have paid, the link will say so and you are entitled to a refund. We would rather refund you than hand over a document we could not build properly.
It is research, not advice. It is not a valuation, a legal opinion, a building or pest report, a survey, or a substitute for the statutory searches it tells you to order. We are not licensed valuers, conveyancers or lawyers, and nothing in the report should be relied on as though we were.
A report answers what the public registers say about a property. It cannot see inside a building, it cannot tell you who owns the land, and where a register holds nothing for an address it says so rather than treating silence as a clean result.
We are responsible for reporting each register accurately, as at the date we state beside it. We are not responsible for the register being wrong, out of date, or narrower than you hoped. Where a register we read is itself in error, the report will be in error with it, and the refunds page explains what happens then.
The report is for you and the people advising you on that property: your partner, your solicitor, your conveyancer, your broker, your buyer's agent. Share it with them freely.
What you may not do is republish it, resell it, or use it to build a competing product or database. Some of the data in it reaches you under licences that permit us to show it to you and do not permit onward publication, and the attribution notices in the report are conditions of those licences rather than decoration.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees, and if anything here appears to, the Australian Consumer Law wins.
Where the law permits us to limit our liability, and only to that extent, our liability for a report is limited to supplying it again or refunding what you paid for it.
