What a property report is, and is not
The limits of what this product can tell you, including the ones we are asked about
most: valuation, insurance, and what a clear result actually means.
Terms of sale
What you are buying, how it is delivered, what you may do with it, report packs and Team, your console account, and the
consumer guarantees that apply no matter what any term says.
Refunds
We refund a report where a fact does not match the register we named, and unused reports in a pack or Team on the
terms set out. What that means in practice, what it does not cover, and the rights you keep regardless.
Privacy for report buyers
What buying a report, a console account and ordering for a client add to the main privacy policy: the thirty day
address purge, the seven year order record, the console account, and the report link as the credential for a report.

Report orders are held on this product's own server in Sydney, in its own PostgreSQL database. Console accounts,
invoices and pack balances are held in a WattleDB database in Sydney, with backups in Melbourne. Same provider, same city, same company.
Everything else in the attestation holds.
