What a WattleAddr Property report can tell you about an address in Singleton, NSW, and what no register covers.
Check an address in SingletonEvery New South Wales address, including every address in Singleton. The report reads the land zoning, minimum lot size, height limit and floor space ratio from the environmental planning instrument that applies, and the bush fire prone land, flood planning area, acid sulfate, mine subsidence, heritage and other hazard layers the state publishes. Each figure carries the register it came from and the date it was true.
The report lists these rather than leaving them out. Who owns the land, what is registered against the title, and what it last sold for are not on any open register. Flood planning maps exist for only about ten of New South Wales' councils, so across most of the state a flood search has nothing to search — and an absence there means nobody has mapped it, not that the land does not flood. That distinction is the point of the whole report.
