Queensland council areas

A Queensland report is made one address at a time, from the planning scheme of the council the address is in. A report can be bought in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Noosa and Toowoomba.

A report reads each council’s own planning scheme, so what it can tell you depends on the council. We do not publish a hazard map for Queensland, and we do not rank councils or turn this into a safety score.

Councils with a page of figures

For these councils we hold the council’s planning data ourselves, so we can say how many addresses each overlay reaches.

Other councils where a report can be bought

These councils are read live: when a report is built, we ask the council’s own online map service about the address. We hold no planning data for them, so there is no page of figures.

Check a Queensland address

The check is free and tells you what we hold before you pay anything. A Queensland report is $9.90 including GST, paid once.
