Addresses, not homes: an apartment building is many addresses on one lot, and a vacant block is one. “Part of the lot” counts land, not buildings: the mapped area may not reach the house. A lot the map touches only at the edge, within the map’s accuracy, is shown as “Check” in a report and is counted in the base but not as on the map, so a share can be low by up to the edge count in its row.
