The building rules also treat non-urban land as bushfire-prone whatever this map shows (Building (General) Regulation 2008, s 44). For flood, no district is shaded: the 1% AEP riverine flood model covers the catchments of nine flood studies, only part of the Territory, so each district is dotted and its figure is a count of addresses on a block at least partly in the modelled extent; elsewhere flooding is not established. The same figures as each district page, from our weekly build of every ACT address whose block could be identified. The ACT has no councils, so its map is by district.
